Anthony Salem, LMT, Owner

Anthony Salem opened Big Creek Massotherapy in December of 2016. It was the realization of a dream that goes back to April of 2004 when he graduated from The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage and obtained his massage license from the State Medical Board of Ohio in July of that same year. Anthony is a native of Brooklyn Ohio and still resides there with his wife and daughter. He spent several years in the Spa & Salon side of the business, bringing a skilled therapeutic approach to his work.

Anthony is extremely proficient at deep tissue and therapeutic massage as well as relaxation, hot stone massage and reflexology. He enjoys making people feel better. “I love what I do. I love people, and I love helping people. I get a real thrill when they walk out of my door with a smile on their face!”

Kayla Burkett, LMT, Lead Therapist

Kayla Burkett Graduated from The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage in 2015. She is a native of Parma, Ohio. Kayla is skilled at Relaxation, Therapeutic/Deep Tissue Massages, as well as Pre-Natal, Hot Stones and Reflexology. In her own words: “I love what I do, not just healing of the body, but the soul. It’s a fun and great adventure! I particularly love deep tissue massage. It feels amazing and it leaves relaxing results.”

Mackenzie Ballard, LMT

Mackenzie received her massage license from The State Medical Board of Ohio in 2022 after completing the Massage Therapy program at Cuyahoga Community College. She has a strong drive to help others and has always been interested learning about the body, health, wellness, and traditional healing practices. Mackenzie uses massage as a conduit of healing to relieve stress and encourage relaxation. She utilizes her several different techniques in order to decrease muscle tension and discomfort, such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and deep tissue massage techniques to help target hypertonic muscles and relieve tension. Mackenzie is also experienced with Prenatal and Hot Stone massage.

Crystal Shelton, LMT

Crystal began her massage journey in Washington state at the end of 2016. Throughout her career she has developed a slow and focused style and takes particular joy in using therapeutic, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques to relieve muscle tension. She is also experienced with hot stone and prenatal massage.

Known for being “stronger than she looks” and having “magic hands”, she can even work out tensions you didn’t know you had.

Jessica Bott-Kelley, LMT

Jessica is a talented and experienced massage therapist. She has been an LMT since 2008. She excels at several different modalities including deep tissue massage, pre-natal massage, hot stone massage, cupping and gua-sha. With that combination of skill and experience, you can’t go wrong. Jessica works on Mondays, Tuesdays and every other Saturday.

Ebony Allgood, LMT

Ebony is a graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage with a strong foundation in rehabilitative care, thanks to several years of experience as a physical therapy assistant. Her approach combines therapeutic massage techniques with a deep understanding of body mechanics, injury recovery, and pain management. Ebony specializes in helping clients improve mobility, reduce chronic pain, and recover from injury with customized treatment plans that draw on both her clinical and hands-on training. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or targeted therapeutic care, Ebony brings a calm, compassionate presence and a results-driven focus to every session.

Michele Titus, LMT

Michele is a 2011 graduate of The Cleveland Institute of Medical Massage. She has always loved helping others. Her favorite part of being a massage therapist is seeing the smile on a client’s face when they leave. Michele excels in several modalities including deep tissue, relaxation, prenatal hot stones and sports massage.

Ashley Bentley, LMT

Ashley Bentley is a proud graduate of Tri-C’s massage therapy program.

She is a highly skilled massage therapist specializing in therapeutic bodywork designed to restore balance, reduce pain and tension, and improve mobility. Ashley trained in several modalities, such as deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Gua-Sha, cupping, prenatal massage & assisted stretching techniques. She using these methods to target chronic tension and enhance overall function. Ashley is also a certified Yoga instructor and utilizes mindful movement and breath awareness to create a personalized results for each client.

Alejandro Natividad, LMT

Alejandro graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Tri-C in 2023. He has a degree in kinesiology and has worked as a fitness coach, giving him a unique and knowledgeable approach to massage therapy. He is proficient in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Pre-Natal, Hot Stones and other modalities.
